In Fall 2023, a 10-year-old Syrian refugee named Little Amal traveled across the U.S. for the first time. Inspired by Little Amal's journey and Cincinnati refugee families' stories of hope and resilience, we created The Hope Commission. New music for The Well's national Mindful Music Moments program, composed by Sonia Morales-Matos and performed by the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra.
